In the coming weeks, I will be assembling some resources to bring us together as I aim to give you some recorded classes via this website, for on demand viewing, very small in-person classes. It seems that for the next year or so, our ability to practice in person will be both limited and intermittent, so we’ll all have to be ready to adapt as conditions change. It is my intention to facilitate a smooth transition, back and forth through the changing criteria for staying healthy through the seasons.
Here is my August schedule. These options will be presented as a combination of online (Zoom) and in studio (small group and 2m distance). For the on-site classes and private sessions, I have rented out the former Valley Yoga Centre location at 6114 Somenos Rd, for the time being.
