In the coming weeks, I will be assembling some resources to bring us together as I aim to give you some recorded classes via this website, for on demand viewing, very small in-person classes. It seems that for the next year or so, our ability to practice in person will be both limited and intermittent, so we’ll all have to be ready to adapt as conditions change. It is my intention to facilitate a smooth transition, back and forth through the changing criteria for staying healthy through the seasons.
Here is my January schedule.
In studio classes and private yoga sessions are held at Celtic Rhythm Dancers @ 102-371 Brae Rd, Duncan.
Please contact me directly to register or drop in for studio classes.
In person classes are $18/ class, and all clients are asked to preregister for class as no drop in (spontaneous) arrivals are allowed as a measure to contain the spread of Covid-19. Please bring your own mat and a few yoga props for your comfort during practice as I no longer have yoga props to share, so please bring your own mats and props. If you don’t quite have the usual yoga items, we can get creative with a couple of blocks and a blanket or two.
