Welcome!

In the coming weeks, I will be assembling some resources to bring us together as I aim to give you some recorded classes via this website, for on demand viewing, very small in-person classes. It seems that for the next year or so, our ability to practice in person will be both limited and intermittent, so we’ll all have to be ready to adapt as conditions change. It is my intention to facilitate a smooth transition, back and forth through the changing criteria for staying healthy through the seasons.  

Here is my March-April schedule. In studio classes and private yoga sessions are held at Celtic Rhythm Dancers @ 102-371 Brae Rd, Duncan.

Zoom Yoga is $15/ class, please contact me directly for the class links. I no longer have yoga props to share, so please bring your own mats and props. Contact me if you have concerns about this.
