Join us for therapeutic yoga practice in person or online, based in Duncan, BC. Here you’ll find supportive practices to decrease stress, to strengthen and lengthen your body, as well as recover from daily living.

Therapeutic yoga is a way of practicing to increase resiliency, to recover from athletics, to reduce pain, and manage injury and illness. Yoga through the therapeutic lens offers freedom for individualizing the approach to meet our needs for wellness of body, mind, & spirit.

In yoga classes and workshops, we give ourselves the chance to restore and reset our body and mind, to feel better.


All classes run in person and online.

Check the schedule to find the class that is right for you, most classes are suited to a variety of levels from Restorative Yoga to Vinyasa Flow. In all my classes, I work with classical yoga techniques as well as employing modern tools of personal autonomy (trauma informed approach), neurology, & physiology for optimal mental health and wholesome movement.
