Join us for therapeutic yoga practice in person or online, based in Duncan, BC. Here you’ll find supportive practices to decrease stress, to strengthen and lengthen your body, to reduce pain and manage injury and illness.
In yoga classes and workshops, we give ourselves the chance to restore and reset our body and mind, to feel better.
Classes run throughout the week, both online and in person. Check the schedule to find the class that is right for you, most classes are suited to a variety of levels from Restorative Yoga to Vinyasa Flow. In all my classes, I work with classical yoga techniques as well as employing modern tools for optimal mental health and wholesome movement.
