Classes are now in person and online!

Current Covid-19 protocols:  For the present time, our in person classes are limited to 10 participants.  We will be happily following the BC Government guidelines for Covid-19 safety, so masks must be worn on the way in and out of the studio, as well as when moving about the room.  Masks may be removed when you are on your mat.
