Welcome!
Here, you can enjoy a regular schedule of yoga, movement and meditation from your own home. For the live classes, you get to share in the group experience while staying home and staying safe. (you might even get to see your friends)
In the online studio, there is also a library of prerecorded classes – over 500! While the majority of these are prerecorded hybrid classes (means recorded live), there is also a growing collection of shorter theme based practices. These classes vary in length.
The classes in my online studio continue to be structured for YOU. I aim to bring you the ancient wisdom practices of yoga and to share from the good, sound foundations of movement science and neuroscience. When we practice this way, we have more tools to move better, to efficiently reduce stress, and to bring grounded awareness into our lives.
Many of you are asking if we can continue with live-streaming classes as we go forward into the post pandemic life, and the answer is definitely “Yes!” I love building this library of classes and will continue to do it as long as you want it because it give me creative flexibility to build specific content. It’s fun!
